When circumstances arise that necessitate the safe return of a patient to the UK, medical repatriation services are essential. whether you have been injured abroad or fallen ill, your recovery is often dependent on the swift and safe return to your home country where you can receive the care that you need. We deal with fitness to fly documentation and flight booking with comfortable onwards travel back to your home or receiving medical facility.  If you are travelling with a companion or family member, we'll also ensure that they are included in everything that we arrange.

Our Paramedics will meet you at the departing medical facility within plenty of time before the departing commercial flight, provide a comprehensive briefing for your journey home, receive a detailed clinical handover along with the necessary documentation from the hospital staff before we depart to the airport and bring you home safely to your family and friends.  

All of our Paramedics are experienced and trained in ALS (advanced life support), dealing with aviation medical emergencies and monitoring and interpretation of your vital observations all the way home.

With our Paramedics excellent pre hospital knowledge, should the unexpected happen during your journey home, they will use their expert knowledge of local hospitals and pathways to ensure you receive care at the right time and right place.

**Please note - We do not facilitate critical care transfers or provide "lay flat" services unless a land ambulance repatriation is being arranged. Our patients should be able to mobilize with or without assistance and be seated during their journey home with us. If assistance is required with mobility at the airport or during any part of the journey home, we arrange this as part of our services **
